I sent the email like you suggested but nothing came of it and the email with this months bill came directly to me, can you please follow up your side as to what happened to my email and if the person received it and/or auctioned it.

Setting Billing emails to go to different email address
I there any where I can set the email address and name the billing email/invoice needs to go to?

I having the same issue The test page says my phone is a "LG H815 (G4)" which is correct but when I go through the Perl API and I get device as Generic.
