Samsung Browser detected as Chrome browser

Hello,

One of our customers reported that the mobile_browser is being reported as Chrome for this UA, instead of Samsung Browser:

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 7.0; SAMSUNG SM-G930F Build/NRD90M) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) SamsungBrowser/5.0 Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Mobile Safari/537.36

generic_android_ver7_0_tablet is_tablet=false

The generic_android_ver7_0_tablet device in wurfl.xml has fall_back="generic_android_ver7_0", but doesn't override the is_tablet characteristic. So anything detected as generic_android_ver7_0_tablet is identified as not being a tablet.

Windows 8 RT Screen Size

The Surface has a UA of "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.2; ARM; Trident/6.0)", which gives back windows_8_rt_ver1.
