change SSL certificate

Hi Scientiamobile Team,

We've uploaded new SSL in our account profile 28.03.2018
https://device.pragmaticplay.net
but there still no changes on cloud services.

Could you please advise when we can expect to be updated and speed up process if possible?

Hi Nick,

As mentioned by Steve in the separate thread, we are seeing the new SSL certificates in all regions right now (valid Feb 26, 2018 - Oct 3, 2020).

Do note that new certificates can take up to 5 minutes to become active in all regions. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Can you check once more.
My check result:
ubject: CN=device.pragmaticplay.net
* start date: Sep 4 00:00:00 2017 GMT
* expire date: Oct 3 23:59:59 2020 GMT
* subjectAltName: host "device.pragmaticplay.net" matched cert's "device.pragmaticplay.net"
* issuer: C=US; O=GeoTrust Inc.; CN=RapidSSL SHA256 CA

should be start date Feb 26, 2018
and issuer DigiCert RSA CA 2018

Hi Nick,

I've replied in the Zendesk portal, but just in case you didn't see the notification, we cannot reproduce the issue. All regions are serving the correct SSL certificate. Can you please tell me exactly what steps you are taking to reproduce the issue? It would be best to reply to the Zendesk ticket so we can ensure a high-quality support experience.
