IP limit is not a limitation on originating mobile device's IP address, right?

There are few sites that we serve under IP instead of domain. Does that give us the right to run 3+2 = 5 sites with Standard package?

Hi,

The IP limitation refers to the number of public-facing, production IPs you are serving traffic from. Both the IP and domain restriction apply together, so 3 IPs and 2 domains means you can serve 2 different sites (domains) from up to 3 different IPs. Note that non-production and development IPs and domains are not counted.
