Unique id appended to detection results

Hi, we have installed the cloud client on our server; we are using the basic plan and PHP API.
We manage an online research community, sending links to surveys for completion. We use a third party software platform to host and manage our surveys and cannot install software on it.
What we have so far:
1. We are capable of redirecting the respondent to our own, local, server and the redirect will contain the respondent's unique id.
2. Wurfl client is installed on our server, and detection is working.
What we need:
1. The redirect to link to and execute the detection script.
2. The detection results, with the unique id, be sent to a csv file.
3. The respondent to be redirected back to the survey, so that it can be completed; again, this must contain the unique id.
We have programming skills in house, but not in this context, and our project is urgent. I have not used php for years, and although I can learn ll of this - and will - it won't be in time for our project launch.
Any assistance or recommendations, whatsoever, would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Alka
