Hi!
We are looking to add the WURFL Cloud Service to our application, but had two questions regarding the service's SLA and uptime.
1. What sort of uptime guarantee do you have for the service?
2. If the service happens to be down for any sort of reason, is there any sort of fallback mechanism in the Cloud Client that would prevent the application from blocking on waiting for results? For example, we've been thinking about wrapping Client calls in a timeout in case the service is down; is something like that already built into the Client itself?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Cloud Service SLA
Hi,
Our SLA is covered in the terms and conditions page: http://www.scientiamobile.com/site/page ... loud_terms
I can check the specific language that you're interested in, but in PHP the connection is only allowed to take 1 second before it fails and throws and exception, so you can wrap the call in a try {} catch () {} block if you want to handle failures gracefully. You can also decrease the timeout if you would like.
