API Key is correct, but it is expired or has been revoked

Hello,

I installed the Cloud PHP API for some testing. I need the physical_screen_width/height and the resolution to calculate the device dpi.

But I get this Error: (Code 403)

WURFL Cloud Service
ScientiaMobile\WurflCloud\ApiKeyException: Your server is able to access WURFL Cloud and your API Key is correct, but it is expired or has been revoked. Please contact ScientiaMobile to get your API Key reinstated. Possible causes for this error: Your WURFL Cloud account is past due; Your API Key has been revoked due to abuse

May you have a Solution for this Problem?

I am not sure where your traffic is going, but I don't see it on our side. I have tested your key and it works fine. Is there a firewall in front of your server or something that is not letting the request go out, and spitting back an HTTP 403 instead?
