Getting Forbidden 403 Error all of a sudden

I have not used by Wurfl cloud API for about 2 weeks, but today I am getting the same error on all API calls: (403) Forbidden

Any ideas? Nothing has been changed on our EC2 server that uses the API. Thanks.

Hello Elliot,
It seems the credit card on file was expired. We have updated the card and the billing section shows "successful" billing status, but our API key is still showing a "Suspended" status. Could you please have a look?

Have another question: Need to change the account email address, where can I do this?

I have just removed the suspension for your cloud service. You should see service resumed within the next couple of minutes.
