Based on your version(1.6.2 ). We have done the testing to retrieve the Microsoft Edge browser version / Microsoft OS, But we got the empty values for(device_os, mobile_browser, mobile_browser_version, device_os_version) capabilities. Please check and update us.

Please check our user agent is (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Trident/7.0; Touch; rv:11.0) like Gecko). Please check and update us.

I am able to retrieve these values when running the latest API (1.6.2) in high accuracy mode. Please note that the WURFL cloud service is operating under high performance mode and will not attempt to match desktop devices.

The WURFL cloud service is running the latest version of the API (1.6.2), however it will not attempt to match desktop devices such as these.

This useragent(Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.2; Trident/6.0; Touch)) taken from Nokia mobile. Even though we are not getting values for these (device_os, mobile_browser, mobile_browser_version, device_os_version) capabilities. Please check and update us.

Kumar,

Unfortunately, Microsoft only identifies the this Nokia device as a "touch" enabled device and does not provide further device information. Are you able to let me know which Nokia device this is? I would recommend using our advertised_* capabilities (a full list can be found at http://www.scientiamobile.com/wurflCapability) as they will return more the device information as presented as opposed to how they exist in the WURFL database itself.

Is Scientia Mobile supporting only these models(Nokia Series 20/30/30+/40/60/80 or 90)?

Kumar,

We do provide support for these devices, however the User Agent that you provided does not seem to the mobile User Agent of the device. Please note that if running the device in desktop mode, it will identify as a full desktop device. For example when not running in desktop mode the User Agent should be similar to:
