Unable to download resource files under trial license

I have requested for WURFL OnSite for Java Evaluation and were instructed to download all necessary files from the FileX file manager. But when I open the file manager (URL as https://filex.scientiamobile.com/user/i ... cts/onsite), there is nothing I can download. Please help to figure out what the problem is.

Hello,

I see that you are using the API now, so I wanted to just follow up and make sure you are still not seeing this issue. I just checked your account and see the API .zip in your products folder. It does take a little bit of time between creating a license and getting the file uploaded to your file manager.

Let me know if you are still having issues getting the resource files.
