Transform data into own database

Hello,

many years ago we have used that-time licence to transfer the data into our database using Ruby library (separated Vendor, OS, Model and detection Type).
The main reason was low speed of existing APIs as we check thousands of records per second and parsing XML is really slow.
The other reason was possibility to modify description fields using GUI.

This is not possible using new APIs for two reasons.
The first is missing possibility to load data into own database and use own parsing API. This could be (theoretically) handled by the Database API but it is really not a DB API.
The second is the data format. The records for old handsets were in plain format (e.g. "NokiaXX"), while the new contains extra long format (e.g. "Mozilla ...... pl-pl; NokiaXX ....."). Unfortunatelly our systems still receive data in format "NokiaXX" for which the new format is senseless.
It is not complicated to transform the new format into new format and use our parser, but this it is not acceptable to transform and distribute/use transformed data.

Could you please help? Is there any way to licence data tranformation and solve both issues?
