Error with shard server installation ...

Postby natattack06 » Tue Oct 16, 2012 3:11 am

This is a self hosted app on mediatemple.net grid servers. The software is Tracking202.

When you hit this link http://mbltrk.icontsi.com/tracking202/r ... 11&t202kw= you get this error:

Code: Select all

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'WURFL_WURFLException' with message 'The ZipArchive extension is not loaded. Load the extension or use the flat wurfl.xml file' in /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/63334/domains/mbltrk.icontsi.com/html/3rd-parties/wurfl/WURFL/Xml/Utils.php:49 Stack trace: #0 /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/63334/domains/mbltrk.icontsi.com/html/3rd-parties/wurfl/WURFL/Xml/Utils.php(36): WURFL_Xml_Utils::getZippedFile('/home/63334/dom...') #1 /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/63334/domains/mbltrk.icontsi.com/html/3rd-parties/wurfl/WURFL/Xml/AbstractIterator.php(47): WURFL_Xml_Utils::getXMLFile('/home/63334/dom...') #2 /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/63334/domains/mbltrk.icontsi.com/html/3rd-parties/wurfl/WURFL/DeviceRepositoryBuilder.php(82): WURFL_Xml_AbstractIterator->__construct('/home/63334/dom...') #3 /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/63334/domains/mbltrk.icontsi.com/html/3rd-parties/wurfl/WURFL/WURFLManagerFactory.php(164): WURFL_DeviceRepositoryBuilder->build('/home/63334/dom...', Array) #4 /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/63334/domains/mbltrk.icontsi.com/html/3rd-parties/wurfl/WURFL/WURFLManager in /nfs/c04/h04/mnt/63334/domains/mbltrk.icontsi.com/html/3rd-parties/wurfl/WURFL/Xml/Utils.php on line 49
That is the tracking campaign link used in media buying.

Not sure how to fix this.

I followed a Wiki that MT published and either I didn't install ZipArchive extension properly, or that wasn't the issue.

Any help appreciated!

The problem is certainly that the ZipArchive extension is not available. I see the link you posted is now working properly, but if the problem is still not resolved, I would recommend unzipping the wurfl.zip file that your installation is pointing to manually, then updating your configuration to use that unzipped XML file instead.
Thanks,
