I have used the website form to report incorrect device identification on a couple of occassions (paste in the user agent, what you think it should be identified as, etc) and not received anything back at all. No 'we have received your request', 'we are looking into it', 'we are doing X' - nothing.
Is that the norm? Should we be ignoring the reporting form and posting here? (in which case what is the form for?)
We are using the latest Database API and the latest licensed wurfl.xml.

First, thank you for you submissions! We do indeed evaluate each submission that is sent via the user agent submission form and a correction is typically made within 1-2 days. We are working on merging the submission form and some other services from the former Tera-WURFL site into ScientiaMobile, but in the meantime you can certainly continue using the form and I will make sure you get a personal response!
