Hi,
I am having a issue when trying to resolve a user who is running Ubuntu 10.04 and Firefox 9 with user agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (Ubuntu; X11; Linux i686; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1.
In this instance a laptop is being used and should not be identified as mobile. Is there a way that this can be added to the file so that Ubuntu users are not misidentified?
Thanks,
Incorrectly identifying Ubuntu as a mobile device

Hi p_greer688,
I tested the UA you posted and it is matched correctly as a generic web browser. What version of the WURFL xml file are you using?
Cheers!

I am running 2.3
If you were able to match it to a generic maybe its not the file but the interpretation that is incorrect, I will have to check my implementation.
Thanks,

That's the wurfl.xml version. Which API (and version) are you using?p_greer688 wrote:I am running 2.3
