IE user-agent with "toolbar" attribute detected as mobile

I have this HTTP request, I expected this, but WURFL is returning that. Please provide enough data to reproduce the problem.

IE user-agent with "toolbar" attribute detected as mobile

Postby mimmi » Sun Jul 24, 2011 6:32 am

I found a lot of user agents in my logs who looks like IE, but are detected as mobile (id: mowser_transcoder). See below for some examples..

I am using the PHP API 1.3.1.
Should this be the correct behavior?

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; Ant.com Toolbar 1.5; GTB6.6; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; GTB7.0; BTRS5305; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET4.0C; Amazon Toolbar; .NET4.0E; 877907703; App/8.02159)
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SearchToolbar 1.1; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.2; .NET4.0C; AskTbSTC-SRS/5.12.2.16752)
with kind regards

This is not the expected behavior. I am looking into it.
