DesireHD OS version incorrect

Hi,

Using the 2012/09/09 rule-set and the latest .NET API:

For the UAString: "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3; xx-xx; HTC Desire HD A9191 Build/GRJ90) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1"
The "device_os_version" is reported as 2.2, whereas it is explicitly 2.3 in the UA.
