Problem identifying the client device is a mobile or not .

Hi ,
We use the mobile device (Samsung telphone)to visit our system, then we found that the system detect this device as a normal PC device.
Ps. the userAgent as below: SEC-SGHX210/1.0 UP.Link/6.3.1.13.0
Please help to do trouble shooting , thanks .
