iOS version 8.1 is resolved to 8.0

The new iOS version 8.1 is resolved to 8.0 in the device_os_version capability.

We are using the WURFL Cloud service and we found that we did not receive 8.1 os version as expected when the iOS 8.1 release was made (rather 8.0 was returned). Still the service returns device_os_version=8.0 for these user agents.

Sample user agents tested with:
Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Mobile/12B411

Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) CriOS/38.0.2125.67 Mobile/12B411 Safari/600.1.4
