The given key was not present in the dictionary

The activity count for my account seems incorrect. There's are some huge spikes early in December and these may be the cause. I was checking this because I'm getting "The given key was not present in the dictionary" errors in my error log and it pertains to my access of the WURFL cloud client. This error has appeared sporadically in the past but last night it was prevalent for a about a four hour period. Was the service down? Also would appreciate you looking into the activity in my account. It's hard for me to imagine the spikes are accurate.
