Hello,
We are having an issue with a OnePlus One device, which is not correctly detected by wurfl on our server.
When tested against your online test, it seems to be correctly detected : identified as a "OnePlus A0001 (One A0001)", resolution_width: 1080, resolution_height: 1920
But when tested against our server, it is detected as a "Generic Android 2.0" device (resolution_width: 320, resolution_height: 480, ...)
Our server is based on nginx, with wurfl nginx_module using libwurfl 1.5.3.1 and the latest (at date) version of wurfl db file (2015-10-25 00:50:56)
OnePlus One user-agent : Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 5.1.1; A0001 Build/LMY48B) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.76 Mobile Safari/537.36
So, what are we doing wrong on our side that makes wurfl not detect correctly this device ?
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance,
OnePlus One device not correctly detected
Re: OnePlus One device not correctly detected
Hello,
I noticed that the version of the API that you are using is a little out of date, which seems to be the cause for this undetected device. I would recommend upgrading to the latest available nginx module (1.6.3) and you will be able to properly resolve this device.
Thank you,
Elliot
