Monthly quota of image downloads

Hi!
After developing a Real Estate Website, my client asked me to modify the way images are loaded. He wanted to save disk space (about 100,000 images were deleted) and to load them from an external source.
Here is an example: http://goo.gl/AdVJBX
So this image is being loaded with 640x480 pixels and we are displaying the same image at the Website (CSS styled) with two dimensions: 400x300 (full image) and 100x75 (thumbnail) pixels.
I see we can use WURFL to load the same image but resized, using:
//wit.wurfl.io/w_400/h_300/... and //wit.wurfl.io/w_100/h_75/...
All OK and looks good! :)
I ask:
- which is the monthly quota for image downloads?
- I can't find a pricing page so which is the price for unlimited downloads?
- is there a way to have a developer license so I don't get "412 Precondition Failed" messages while making tests?

Best regards from Brazil! :)
