Hi Amin,

It appears that a previous request for the image had been cached prior to a change (maybe the image was originally too big and was resized using the same image name or URL). An immediate solution would be to change the image name or, alternatively, the URL (ex. https://jsdm.imgeng.in/pc_125/https://w ... pg.492149/ <- 'png' changed to 'jpeg'). Otherwise, the cache should clear within the next hour and your image should properly load.

Is there an image size limit on the commercial plan?

There is no limit on the size for commercial licenses. Were you receiving an error for your image being too big?

I thought that was what the error meant. More than an hour has passed, and the error is the same. Please click on this and see what happens:

Hi Amin,

I see what you are saying and will notify my engineering team and get to the bottom of this error with the image. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, are you able to try adjusting the URL or the image name?

I will get back to you as soon as I have an update regarding the issue.

I'm getting this error on the Lite plan. What is the image size limit for the Lite plan?

The maximum image size for ImageEngine Lite is 2 MB/image.
