Note: VIZIO SmartCast and ViziOS User-Agents now return advertised_* virtual capability return values consistent with the platform's branding and specification. Notable updates for that platform:

• advertised_device_os: defaults to VIZIO SmartCast

• advertised_browser: defaults to Chromium
