I need help resolving this issue... Can someone point me in the right direction??

Claire, we are not sure what the guys at thesedays.com are doing nor do we understand the legitimacy of the service they have set up with our software.
One thing is for sure, while they are using Tera-WURFL, it is not a service that we are managing. If you are interested in using WURFL in the Cloud, please look here:
