Hi June,
Thanks for the information. Are you able to provide us with the user agent strings for each device? It will help, not only to speed up the process, but to avoid any confusion as factors such as the device OS, geographic variance, or browser, on the same model, can have different user agents.

I cannot get the user agent.
May I ask whether such data will still be unrecognizable?

Hi June,
I've spoken with my mobile data team and it seems they will need a user agent string for each device to be added. In order to ease the process, you can send us the user agent by accessing the following link with each individual device you'd like to be added:
https://db.scientiamobile.com/h
Give this a try and let me know once the headers have been sent!

The user agent Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 9; ASUS_I01WD) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.121 Mobile Safari/537.36 is already detected by WURFL as an [Asus I01WD(Zenfone 6 ZS630KL)] using API v1.12.2.0 with this week's WURFL.xml Snapshot:
