The public wurfl.xml is only updated quarterly. On the other hand, commercial customers get weekly updates, which is probably what you care the most about.

Looking up the UA string at http://tools.scientiamobile.com will tell you if the device has been included in the last 2 weeks or more.

Is there any webpage for submitting UA string to WURFL directly?

We tried to take contact offline. Please check your inbox and respond to the message you find there.

Generally speaking, our personnel validates each and every contribution to the WURFL DB. To add to that, there needs to be an agreement in place before ScientiaMobile accepts submissions from third-parties.
