Apple has adopted a practice of hiding device information from the User Agent[UA]. For example, in the UA from your post above, you see mention of the iOS version and device type[iPhone/iPad or iPod] but not the hardware version of the device[iPhone 4/4S/5 etc]. Since we cannot detemine the hardware version, we return values that will work for all devices that are on that particular version of the OS. This is the reason you see WURFL returning 320x480 instead of 640x1136.
