How is WURFL planning to handle cTV streaming devices?

How is WURFL/SM planning to address the increasing number of Android-based streaming devices that are connected to cTVs? Specifically, we recently ran tests with an Android-streaming device, and although the UA string clearly referenced "TELEVISION" all over it, when plugging the UA string into the WURFL database, "is_tablet= true" is returned. This is a developing issue in markets outside the US, such as China, etc, where black boxes are very common as streaming engines on cTV devices, but the cTV screen type resolution is required for targeting/placement decisions.
