Is there a performance or memory advantage to using the compressed wurfl.zip versus wurfl.xml?

Kevin,

There is not a major memory advantaged when using the zipped wurfl file. You would see a much larger memory advantage by implementing a capability filter in the WURFL API, which would only load the necessary capabilities into memory.
